MantisCorp grants the purchaser a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and execute Scheduler for WhatsApp on macOS hardware owned or controlled by the licensee, subject to the terms hereof.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

Scheduler for WhatsApp is designed and licensed strictly for personal scheduling, calendar alerts, recreational reservations (such as sports courts), and team productivity.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree NOT to use the software for:

Sending unsolicited commercial emails, messages, or spam.
Harassment, abusive behavior, or distribution of unauthorized marketing material.
Violating the WhatsApp Terms of Service, Meta Platform policies, or applicable local telecommunications laws.

"WhatsApp" is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Scheduler for WhatsApp is an independent software tool developed by MantisCorp. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized, or maintained by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.
